The atmosphere is nice, equipment is a pleasure to use, clean and reliable. The staff is nice, attentive and able to assist me whenever needed. Overall, I highly recommend Club Metro. Keep it up!

Signed up my daughter for a high school membership before pandemic, was told by front desk staff that its a NO contract month to month type of membership. Everything was great untill I realized I am paying for something she can no longer use due to difficulty working out in a mask (which is mandatory to use facilities)ntried canceling it. Got bounced around from one person to another only to find out that I need to pay a $150 cancelation fee????? Really?nnTried explaining my situation to customer service they dont want to hear it.nnDissapointing would be an understatement...
