I’ve been to dozens of car dealers over the last almost 3 decades. This by far was my best experience hands down. I called prior to coming to ensure the two cars I was coming to look at were available. Since they were my wife and I decided to go take a look. When we got there our sales person Jeff greeted us and showed us the first of two cars, the second one which I really wanted to see was out on a test drive. When it came back Jeff handed me the keys and told me to take it for a test ride. Since the other person looking at the car wasn’t sure if he wanted it yet we decided to love ahead with the purchase. The buying process was smooth and painless and when we were done with the paperwork the car was ready to go, cleaned and detailed to perfection. The dealership was clean, and not crowded so there were no issues as far as Covid precautions go. What a great experience! We will definitely return, my wife may look into something there when her current Buick lease is up too. Thanks to everyone involved!

I brought my 2011 MKX in for routine maintenance. Alejandro made the process simple. The service was done as promised, and in a very reasonable amount of time.nnThere were no surprises.nnI will continue to use their services.

Disappointed with the outcome of the first service appointment for my Lincoln Aviator which was purchased at Irwin Lincoln. Upon purchasing the vehicle, my husband and I noticed there was a part of the molding down in front of the drivers side door that was not flush with the vehicle. It’s kicked out a bit. There also was a rattle in the sunroof. Both of these, I was told could be taken care of and to make an appointment with the service department upon receiving a call that my license plates were in.nReceived that call so I made the appointment for my car to be picked up on December 1,2020. My car was at Irwin Lincoln for a few days then went over to Ford for body work of the molding by driver door.nMy car was delivered back to me on December 9,2020 late afternoon. I was not given any paperwork of the work that was done and there were no plates on my car. Still had the temporary plates that have a date of December 2, 2020 on them. The rattle in the roof I have not heard, although I have not been on a highway yet. The molding by the driver door looks exactly as it did before going in for service. Yet on paperwork it says corrected.nThe ball was dropped on this as far as I’m concerned. I communicated to Adam about my car coming in for the plates, roof sound and molding being fixed. I also let him know that I was putting the spare suburban key in the car because he had emailed me about that.nI had to call and get updates on my vehicle because I was not hearing anything. When your car is gone ( new car) for 9 days, you think all is being taken care of.nAs far as service of getting a loaner vehicle, I was very satisfied with that part of the service. They came and delivered the loaner and took my car which was very convenient for me.nWaiting on plates to arrive by mail for me to put on my vehicle.nKerrie Gaboury
