Great experience at a great dealership. Everyone, from the salesperson to the sales manager to the finance officer were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent and clean facility reflects the pride the owners have for themselves and their customers. They are competitive and honest. This is the third car I have purchased or leased from them. I guess you can say I'm a happy and loyal customer.

With our old lease from another dealership and car company coming to an end we decided to check out Irwin Mazda. We had heard good things but I always thought they were more pricey than other dealers. I could not have been more wrong. They were so very nice and our experience was so good that I would recommend anyone looking for a new Mazda or Lincoln to head over to them. The sales staff was not at all high pressure and the finance manager was very nice and also did not pressure us into anything we didn't need to buy extra. We test drove the car and decided to lease with Irwin Mazda. It was a great experience and if you're looking for a new or even used car I would say check them out.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Irwin Mazda in Freehold, NJ. Their service is fantastic. Everyone that takes care of you as soon as you walk in the door is friendly and helpful. The service advisor I had, Alejandro, was the best. Not one time have I ever felt they were trying to up charge me for services I really didn't need. They are straight-forward and truthful about anything I inquired about and what was done to my car during the service. i have waited a long time to have a service dept of a car dealership treat me as a valued client instead of someone to get as much money out of as possible. I'll only being buying and servicing my cars with them from now on.
