I was looking for a particular truck when I came across one in their inventory about 90 minutes from me. Jay introduced himself in a very professional way over the phone and did not not rush me into any immediate transactions knowing that their were other trucks I wanted to look at as well at other dealerships. Once I narrowed it down to this model, Jay set up an appropriate time fore me to come in and discuss numbers. His associate Greg worked with me when it came to the financing and give me a price that was very hard to refuse. We did run into some issues with securing financing that took another day to sort out, but in the end both were able to find a FCU at a lower interest rate than I could find on my own, and did not force any extra incentives, warranties, blinker fluid, etc. on me at the last minute. The truck was in as good condition as they stated to me when I first dealt with them and I am extremely happy with the purchase. Jay and Greg are willing to do what it takes to satisfy the customer within their means, and I would not have any issues with buying another vehicle form them in the future. Thank you again.
