Great customer service. Walked in and was helped instantly. Kyle our sales guy was awesome. He answered all of our questions and gave us all of our options in detail. He was really knowledgeable on the truck we were interested in and what payment options there were. He was not pushy instead made sure we understood and were comfortable. Buying a car is a painful process but Kyle and the team made it enjoyable. I would highly recommend to ask for him.

Best car buying experience ever! My husband and I are in our 50s and our least favorite way to waste time is negotiating for a new car. We were in the market for a reliable but economical car for our daughter and son to share. We read some of the reviews for Freehold Hyundai and decided to give them a try. It was worth the drive! We called ahead to set up an appointment and were immediately greeted by Matt Carlin, who proceeded to take care of us through the entire process. Matt was knowledgeable and professional. Not only was the customer service incredible, but this was the quickest car buying adventure we’ve ever had. We couldn’t be more impressed! Give them a try and ask for Matt. You won’t be sorry.

Went to about a dozen dealerships and he stood out from the rest. Truly exceptional customer service. Took his time to go through the details of the car. My husband and I have been car shopping for the last two weeks and have been leaving dealerships in disappointment. We’ve had our eyes on the Hyundai Palisade but felt it would be over our budget.
