I recently purchased my first Lexus from Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold, NJ. Overall, I was impressed with the dealership and the quality of the people I interacted with. After I purchased my car, I worked with Joe Curcio from the service department who has been amazing to work with. Joe is always extremely professional and helpful and he has provided a great customer experience for me. Joe has been able to help me out a few times to get my get car serviced quickly as well as provide loaner cars so that my days would not be impacted by my car going in for service. He is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the customers’ needs are met. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased my first Lexus from Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold, NJ. I live in Ohio and worked with Pierre to purchase the vehicle on-line and over the phone. While finding a price point to purchase the vehicle was important, purchasing without seeing the car meant dealing with someone I could trust. Pierre was a pleasure to deal with; straightforward, attentive, responsive and open in our conversations. Ultimately, I flew to NJ to pick up the car. At the dealership, I met Pierre for the first time and he expertly guided me through the rest of the sales process. The technical team provided a great tutorial on the car capabilities and I was off on my drive home. Overall, I was impressed with the dealership and the quality of the people I interacted with.

I just have to say that I just bought my Lexus RX-350 at Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold and had such a great, stress free experience. From the moment I walked in the door with my wife where I was greeted by my sales advisor Adam Iorlano till I drove away with my new car, I dealt with some great people there. Adam was such a great help and was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable that in all the years I’ve purchased or leased vehicles, he was by far the best. He accommodated me in many ways and made sure he was available through the whole process to answer any questions I had. Make sure to try to get Adam to handle your buying or leasing, you won’t regret it. I have to also mention Joe Raina, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating and did not pressure us at all as far as purchasing the extended warranty which we went with. His professionalism and social interactions were excellent. Overall, a wonderful experience and we are so happy with the vehicle. Kudos to a great team at Lexus of Freehold!

I own a Certified Lexus RC 300. I called up Lexus and ask them if they’d be able to try taking out a scratch on my car. They said sure they can try and won’t even charge me! I said OK I’ll give it a shot and they said sure come on in. 24 hours later the call looks brand new. They didn’t ask me for anything! Excellent customer service. That’s why I bought a Lexus!! Excellent Service AFTER the sale!

I worked with Pierre Gonzalez to get a Lexus ES for my father's birthday. He was extremely professional, personable and overall very easy to work with. Very down to Earth individual who took the time to carefully understand my needs and help me drive away into a car that my Dad (and I) fell in love with. He even helped secure a Bow for me, the cherry on top! It is a beautiful car and I am looking forward to doing business with the Ray Catena family in the future. Anyone can sell a car, but customer service is priceless. Thank you Pierre to you and the team!!
