The young lady at the register was very rude on top of not putting my order in so I waited there for 45 minutes As I approached the counter to see what was going on, she deliberately hid. So I had to go to a different barista to reorder my drink all over again.

Terrible wait. Took 30 mins extra when I placed a mobile order. I saw my cup sitting while every new order would go inside or on top of my cup. When it was time to make a drink. They would take the cups on top (new ones) instead of the ones that have been waiting. Great way to ruin my mood.

Good drink I had coffee is good fast service

Food was hot and tasty. Tea was excellent

Great people! The staff are both charming and helpful. Seating can be complicated door to it's smaller size, but the friendliness of the atmosphere makes up for this deficiency. I strongly suggest a break from everyday errands and grab a coffee and say hello to the usual crowds that gathers there. Very friendly atmosphere.
