Not sure if this is the one I went to as a kid but I think so. Was a fort we went to complete with cannons and fortified walls. Very memorable for it's historic significance and memorabilia. Would say definitely go if you have a chance it's much worth it.
Lots of fungus, mushrooms, and moss! Love this little, not very well known spot!
A little , little for my taste , but nice and peaceful none the less. Not enough trails!! And coming out of drive is a little dangerous because of incoming traffic from the left, around the bend! So please be safe !¡ud83dude2c
Beautiful quite relaxing place to be. There are benches throughout the cleared trails, picnic tables and grill. Not alot of parking seven spaces. It's also clean.
Not too bad on terrain or upkeep, plenty of places to stop and relax. If you can block out the sound of cars it actually feels far away from everything
