Pizza & Pasta Factory

Called, asked if they make a “chicken penne vodka pizza”. I was told in exact words, “yeah! no problem!”. Placed my order. Hour later what shows up isn’t what I ordered. Girl on phone tells me....I HAVE TO GIVE THE FOOD I RECEIVED BACK AND IN THIRTY+ MINUTES WILL SEND ME OUT A NEW ONE. THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO TRY AND CHARGE ME FOR ANOTHER PIZZA. Lost a customer. Have had multiple issues with this place and I’m done.

Fantastic place to eat something when in a rush. Their service is swift, pricing is affordable, fantastic atmosphere. Will visit here again

I very much liked their dishes and service, awesome location close to my apartment. The workers are always super nice. I highly recommend this place.

I ordered an eggplant parm hero, and I order from this place 3 x per week on average. It was disgustingly mushy, I called and ask if they could send me something to replace it they wanted me to wait another hour and a half on top of the hour I had already waited for a new sandwich. I asked for a manager and did not get one. Worst service I have ever received as a loyal customer. I would love to speak to the owner about how the staff treated me. I don't think I'll ever eat here again!!! The picture below is suppose to be my sandwich. Soggy hot mess

The food here is delicious. The takeout was too crowded. Preparers were not wearing gloves and some of the staff were wearing masks under their noses. They need to be more careful.
