DiBari’s Main Street Pizza

I have worked in the local area for 4 years, I think I have tried most of the pizza places in this area.nnThis is by far and away the best slice of pizza in the area. They do their crust right, its got the crunchy and chewy characteristics that you need in a good pizza crust. I would assume it is actually fermented properly and is cooked correctly as well.nnJust a great slice of pizza. I haven't tried anything else there because I know I get a consistently good slice from them, which is more than I can say about any other local pizza place

Best old world Cauliflower Pizza you ever had!!! If everyone had pizza like this - the world would have no problems. I will go as far to say that this pizza can stop wars and make people happier in life.nKeep it up - never stop!!! God Bless DiBari's Pizza of Matawan NJ!!!

Everything is Delicious!!!!!nI'm a fat Italian kid from Bklyn, I know God pizza and Italian food for that matter.nThe GRANDMA VODKA pie is amazing, I don't know how it tastes so good, but it truly is my favorite anywhere.

Pizzas are what we love here. Her unique pizza dough flavor shows her former baking experience. We had the Squash Blossom pizza and our friends had the Speck & Pineapple pizza. We sat at the bar, had good cocktails, & the bartender was very attentive. Casual dining, but you can always go next door to Osteria Mozza for a finer dining experience. It was pretty loud, but we liked the lively atmosphere.
