As the proud owner of Club Pilates Middletown, I can not express how grateful I am for my wonderful members and Staff. It brings me incredible joy to hear members tell us how grateful they are for the changes they have accomplished, and the feeling of community they experience in studio. Keep up the good work!!!

I joined Club Pilates in Middletown in September 2018 and I have never looked back. I love this low-impact workout, which benefits the whole body. It has truly been life-changing for me. I am stronger and more agile, and stiffness is a thing of the past. I also love this studio because of the great instructors; their classes are always challenging in different ways. I regularly attend Sharon’s and Elizabeth’s classes, and I also enjoy workouts with Stacey, Nicole and Mallory. They are all great instructors. The manager Rayna is very supportive and very kind, and she is a true asset to this studio. At this studio, there is always good communication, support and encouragement.

I love this studio! Clean and every piece of equipment you can imagine all in your own little area/station. Great studio.
