Love going to retro! The staff and atmosphere is great here. Even before the pandemic this gym has always been very sanitary & clean. They are making sure everyone is following protocol while enjoying their workouts! Highly recommend this gym :)

I had an issue during coronavirus and did not know my account had been unfrozen. I had the pleasure of speaking with the front desk employee, who was very helpful, and she provided me with contact info to resolve the issue. Lynn was great and assisted me with fixing the issue. Great gym, great people, great customer service. Can't wait to go back after the pandemic. Be safe everyone

Retro Fitness of Middletown is always my first choice, my GO TO!! The cleanliness, friendliness, and professionalism of the facility is bar none. They have handled the Pandemic with great care for their members. Masks are always worn, there is hand sanitizer and cleaning products very easily accessible to everyone. I feel safe and comfortable walking into the facility for my daily workouts. Thank you Retro for everything you stand for!

This gym is extremely clean! Everyone was following the CDC recommendations and I felt very safe.The people are super friendly and helpful with everything. I've been to a few gyms over the last decade. This Retro overall has been the best for working out.

Gym is extremely clean . The members are polite, management is great , personal trainers are knowledgeable and owners are even better . I love working out at Retro in Middletown. I love waking into the bathroom and seeing a bouquet of flowers. It brightens up my day first thing in the am.
