I am not a typical gym person nor am I a fighter but Since I joined The Institute Muay Thai I have reaped so many benefits!! I have lost over 30lbs, I have become so much healthier- no more high blood pressure, no more borderline diabetes, my numbers just keep improving and I train beside some of the best fighters around. Coach Mike Burke and his team are amazing!! This gym is filled with positive energy which is contagious!! Although this is a gym with world class fighters- there’s something for everyone including fitness classes and yoga and you are excepted with open arms. This is more than a gym, this is a community!! Step out of your comfort zone, you won’t regret it!!
