CVS

First time customer. Just got health insurance and had a severe medical issue resulting in pain. Thank god the doctor and I handlers it. I called the pharmacy 4 hours before closing to see when my script will be filled. They told me one hour. They did not mention what time they closed at. I finally get my children bathed and ready for bed and started feeling discomfort. It wasn’t until then I found out they closed at 8pm. I called to speak to a manager and she was to busy to speak to me. This is absolute poor service and preparation, as if they can’t be informative at all and only answer questions that you ask. The pharmacy should call when your medication is ready or send a text. Or when you call and speak to them over the phone they should have the competency to assure you of when they close.

Went here for my wife's COVID shot - the process was extremely smooth and well-organized, thanks to the courteous and hard-working staff!

The store was so busy because of doing covid testing and giving covid shots but they kept the other customers moving right along , thank you cvs pharmacy for doing your very best in this time of need.

The first pharmacy REFUSES to answer the phone. After 3 calls 20 minutes on hold each nothing.nnThis is an organization in charge of people’s health. Find the sense of urgency.
