Do not come here for flu shot or Covid testing! Even though I had an appointment time scheduled they made me wait nearly an hour until they had some free time to administer my flu shot. Pharmacist said she was “ very busy” and didn’t really care about an appointment time. . Also she did not follow proper protocol in administering the shot. Not very sanitary. Best bet really is the doctor’s office. At least you know it’s clean and safe and who knew it would be quicker there!

A joke of a CVS!!! Not only can you never get anyone on the phone (over thirty minutes of hold) but when I tried to schedule a COVID test online and went for my appointment, they told me they couldn't do it. The CVS website clearly says that the insurance card can be scanned in store if you can't scan it at home. After waiting in my car for 30 minutes, I get to the window and they just say they don't do that and won't reschedule my appointment. In fact, the man that I spoke to chastised me for not already doing it at home. AWFUL customer service and just plain rude.

I would not recommend anyone to go that store, long wait and bad management. and self swab the covid test. That is a joke. Covid swab has to do it appropriately to get the result accurate. I can not believe that we have to self swab the test. So what is the purpose of testing it ?
