My previous rate of 1 star was based on my experience and miscommunication with an employee. After learning of my unhappiness and unease, the owner Arthur reached out to me to make things right . I was pleasantly surprised and wary. However, after much time together, I came out of the showroom a much happier and content customer. My concerns were brought to light and Arthur made sure to listen to me and acknowledge d my concerns. I left the office with a better understanding and he made sure I was satisfied, which I was.

I recently bought my 2017 Subaru Legacy from Sho Case Auto. We worked with Adam who was very honest with us about all the information, wasn't pushy, and when I decided to buy the car had it ready for us within 2 business days. There was one small control button for the passenger window that wasn't working when we test drove the car, but they had it fixed by the time we picked up the car and I have had no issues with it at all. They were very easy to work with, we got an AMAZING deal on the car, the car is beautiful and in wonderful condition, and I am thoroughly enjoying it! Overall it was a very pleasant experience!
