I came in as a first time buying i knew that car i wanted and came in, mark answered all my questions i had without hesitation, there was problem i pointed out and he took care of it, he was very understaffed because of COVID, that didn’t stop him from helping me through all of this, it was very hard finding a car i liked let alone able to walk away with, having no established credit was a fear i had walking in, without hesitation he began working on number that i could actually afford, just wanted to say thanks for everything, i love my car, definitely be back again !

The salesman was very respectful, knowledgable, and helpful. We were able to come to an agreement. They have many car models to choose from at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this auto sales company for use cars, if you're in the market. Their cars are clean, In fairly good condition for use cars.

Nice people or at least at first.nnI got a nice car from them and though I did overpay I did not make a fuss... something I now regret.nnMy newly purchased 09 scion developed a check engine light on the very day I brought it home and I will give Jesse credit he changed the knock sensor but them it came clear to me that he was already aware of the code when he sold it to me.nnBut my problem is not my new car but rather related to my old car , a 2005 nissan Altima (blue). I refused to use it as a trade it in for several reasons but mostly because it was a total lemon and I did not want it sold as a car.nnBut i told Jesse that i could get at least 100$ from Red Bank recycling... as it turns out they would have given me 200$. Jesse said he would take it for 100$ and I made it clear that I wanted the battery back. To which he said to call him tomorrow and then he said he needs a week because the car was being detailed off site... He even said he would buy me a new battery.... shrug.. NADA.nnI was in shock! I had owned this car for almost 4 years and spent most of that time under it doing my own work... The car is the original money pit and they were going to resell it. I think the motor is ok and I did a ton of work to it but the transmission at times was starting to slip.nnWhen Jesse took the car he intimated that he would wait until I lost interest in getting the battery back and started to duck my calls.nnA couple of weeks ago they told me it had been sold... I am guessing at least 2 grand. Lemon or not it was the full out luxury model... It had everything.nnWell it's been over a month and they did not give me a battery. The battery in the car was nearly brand new and cost me over 100$.nnI should have realized I was being managed. Jesse had known my mother before her death and she liked him and I was working on the assumption that my mom knew something about character...nnDo not buy a car from this dishonest used car dealer. It may be funny to refer to them that way but it took me too long to realize I had been taken.nnDocument charge... he says we charge everyone 399$... I should have left then! And I made the misfortune of having to use a credit card... Jesse told me that his card company charges 3% and he had to pass that on. It was days later that I realized that the nominal 3% turned out for be closer to 10% He told me it was 600$ but 30$ x 6 for each grand is about 180. I got gypped out of about 400$nnDocument charge? But I already paid you to transfer the title and tag the car... I seriously doubt I will ever see my title or tags.nnPandemic and all everything is slowed up and I have had the car for over a month and My temp is expired... they say it's still good for 2 months.. I hope it is.nnI got a battery and my tags and as a fair person I edited this review somewhat.
