Tom's Ford

I think most of us have not so pleasant stories when it comes to car shopping. I know I do. Anyway, with a lease about to expire I started looking around and contacting dealers. Almost impossible to get an honest answer over the phone or via email even thou they encourage you to do so. I’m an American made kind of guy and someone mentioned I should give Tom’s Ford a try. Well I did. We met our Sales Associate Debbie Wagner and everything just clicked. She wasn’t about pressuring or asking questions every website tells you not to answer. She just did her job. She made us feel comfortable, she moved at our pace and gave us the space to consider our options. Bottom line she made it happen. She’s one cool lady ready to help when you’re ready to make the deal. We came to terms and this American made kind of guy drove off behind the wheel of some American muscle. Me and my new “Pony” have left the building with a big smile and grateful for an excellent experience. Thank you Debbie. Thank you Tom’s Ford.

My experience with Tom’s ford has been excellent. Ken was very helpful through the process and helped me get into the car I was looking for within my budget. Thank you Ken and Tom’s Ford for the great experience. Management was also helpful getting me in the car I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. Everyone was nice and very helpful. This dealership was by far the best and most professional I’ve been to. Although we weren’t able to close a deal on a car, they were super nice and respectful. Sales department was very professional! They were also very cautious with everything going on with covid. Everything was explained clearly and in detail, which I found very helpful. Rodney is who helped me and he was by far the best salesman I’ve ever talked to, I highly recommend him! Andrea did all the financial work and explained every charge and how every bundle or package works, which was again very helpful and made my decisions easier! I felt no pressure while being here! I highly recommend Tom’s Ford, and I never write reviews but here I am! That’s how much they impressed me!
