Terrible communications. needed service done on a motor was told to call and schedule an appointment to have someone come and look at it was left waiting for months every time I called no one would answer and no one will reply back.

Cancelled my order without even telling me! Was waiting and waiting .....not a word. Proceed with caution with this business. I would not recommend.

Needed parts for my outboards before I leave for vacation. They had the parts I needed in stock. I placed my order around 10PM EST and they shipped the parts out the next day. I got my UPS tracking number emailed to me and they were delivered on time. Good selection of parts and good service getting them shipped out on time. Prices were competitive and it does not appear they mark up shipping. Good job.

Placed two different orders. Minutes apart ( forgot second pic I needed)nCalled and spoke with gentleman. He said he would look for my orders and put both together to save on shippingnReceived email nicely done sir

Ordered a prop for my Suzuki and before placing the order asked could I send it back for a different size if the engine does not hit the proper Rpm. The answer was yes. Tested out the prop when recieved and rpm was not right. Called back and was told we dont exchange props....I can't express how troubling this is
