My wife is currently in a finance that she does not want to be in. I do not know much about car sales, so I reached out to this group after I read some recommendations.nnAfter speaking with Crystal, she took all of my information and said that she would get back to me. After a few days, I didn’t hear back so I messaged her again. She said that her contact was on vacation and that he/she will be returning “tomorrow” (this was on May 17th). On May 29th I sent her another message back to see if she’s heard anything, since I did not hear from her again. She read my message on Facebook messenger and did not reply, so I gave it a little bit more time. Now, it’s June 13th. I messaged her again and still she read the message, but no response.nnThis is not how you treat new customers! I don’t know much about getting out of a finance, so I was trying to gain knowledge. She took all of my information and came back with absolutely nothing.nnWith that being said, I hope they don’t take care of all of their other customers like this. I heard great things about them too, wish it turned out better!
