Order the same drink at the same time every morning. 4 out of 4 times they handed me a hot drink instead of cold. I never said anything. Just sit there while I end up being late for work... Last time she actually remembered me and said “ Didn’t we do this before?” I said yup. Four times. She handed me a card and said “ the next one is on us” I decided to give it another go. Send my friend there to order the same drink. She comes back and says the card didn’t even pay for the drink. If you look close it’s $4.00. So they mess up my order four times And hand me a card that can’t even pay for the single drink they can’t get right. That’s really sad. Needless to say, I won’t return.

This is my favorite Starbucks. They're always so nice and I love the atmosphere.

Nice baristas doing their best. Not thrilled with all the disposables they say MUST happen due to Covid. Other Coffee shops have moved back to re-usables, why not Starbucks?
