Starbucks

I ordered three drinks and they wouldn't give Me an extra cup so I could split one drink for one of my kids so they wouldn't share the same cup. I asked for the manager and they said the manager isn't there today. I asked them why they wouldn't give me one cup extra to share and they said that because of coronavirus they can't give an extra cup so that the kids can share. they said giving out an extra cup is bad because of Coronavirus. does that make sense?

online it says they are open till 9, I'm here at 8:35 and they are closed

This particular Starbucks, inside Target, makes far better cold and frozen drinks than the stand alone store a block away. Fraps and iced coffees just seem to be mixed better. They're not separating as soon as you walk away, know what I mean?
