Fast curbside delivery, waited for me to check order. 1 item sent back, but associate was quick to go and correct issue. Jewell was very friendly and helpful.

They were slow, but accurate. Special ordered 2 different sandwiches & they were done correctly. We ordered 2 different ice coffees & both were not worth buying. Mine was totally watered down. I have always enjoyed the ice coffees, but doubt I'll ever order it again. I'll make it at home so I can taste the coffee & the french vanilla instead of colored ice water. The other was supposed to be caramel & he said that he couldn't taste any caramel. Very disappointed.

My food was gross I saw the man spit in my food after I asked him to make me a special meal that was not on the menu I asked for deep fried burgers and he got mad at me for asking

Be prepared for your burgers to get drowned out in sauces. Buns that are soaked in grease... enough you can ring out into a cup and have a spare drink of burger grease. Staff that cannot follow simple instructions and directions. Finally, for your drink to be wrong (Coke = Diet Coke or Sprite.nnP.S: AND getting a meal that was not even ordered (Cheeseburger and Fries = Chicken Nuggets and an ice cream).nnIn all seriousness this McDonald’s does not live up to the service and quality you can get at other Golden Arches. Avoid this one and go a mile down the road to the one in Latonia.
