MaryAnn is a terrific, highly knowledgeable Yoga teacher. She has a very gentle, calm approach. MaryAnn ensures that her students are properly warmed-up before moving toward more advanced asana and movement. Safety Is paramount to her. I’m an intermediate level yogi who has picked up some bad habits over several years of practice. MaryAnn was quickly able to breakdown what I have been practicing and she is helping me re-learn basics. Her cueing is excellent. I highly recommend MaryAnn to yogis of all levels.

I have studied with MaryAnn for the last year. She is communicative, caring, spiritual and a great YOGA role model. Her online classes are excellent and watch out BEACH Yogis...She will be teaching on the beach in Asbury Park!!
