First time EVER doing a yoga class. I did struggle with some of the poses yet I push through and finish. I felt AWESOME!!! The class size was perfect, the instructor was great she made me feel inspired, determined and present. I WILL return to build myself.

Love doing yoga here! I like the music they play ...My morning routine is yoga then go next door for Boosker Doo coffee.

Very rad spot! Have taken Eric’s yoga class twice. One to reggae music and one to Springsteen jams. He’s a fantastic teacher and the coolness factor of the studio is well worth at least one visit (even if fitness isn’t your thing). Check this spot out. ud83dudcabud83dudcaf✌ufe0f

Had one of the BEST massages last week. Dana was AWESOME!! Her unique technique for stress in my shoulders REALLY got rid of the knots. I enjoyed chatting with her and look forward to my next appointment.
