Rock Solid Training

Fred is not only a game changer he is a life changer. I started one year ago with an open mind to improving my body. I gained so much more. This gym offers diversity of exercises, food choices, and encouragement. I have made friends that truly care about health and well-being. Fred and Rock solid training has made this all possible by being a great business owner but caring about all of his members.

I’ve been with Rock Solid for a little over a year now and I love it. I’ve gained a family outside of my own. Fred’s personality is warm and personable. He challenges me to achieve my goals while pushing me but also being patient. Not only is he an outstanding fitness trainer but he is active in serving and giving back to his community; he participates in the annual breast cancer walk, coaches/trains children who reside in Asbury Park, and many more!

Fred (the owner) is very passionate about his gym. He personally offers and teaches classes as well as trains one on one. His personal training is beyond what you're used to. He literally caters everything to each individual. At one point I needed to travel for work, Fred would actually face time me to maintain my routine workouts at the hotel gym. In addition he would help with food selections and diet. He literally makes himself available to clients as much as possible and is pretty responsive with inquiries. I highly recommend this place. The members there are all diverse, different ages and backgrounds and everyone's also so supportive of each other. Fred is not only the biggest motivator and supporter but he also goes above and beyond around the holidays to contribute back to the community.
