Went to Jose's 6:30pm Class. AMAZING! Incredible workout and A+ environment!

This is a studio unlike any other! Derek combines actual boxing techniques with strength and circuit training.nThe studio itself is beautiful with a variety of exercise equipment including a boxing ring!nJose is an excellent trainer who will push you beyond your limits even when you feel like giving up. Both Jose and Derek are sweethearts and make an excellent team!nTry a class. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing Gym! Great classes and fantastic coaches. Would definitely recommended to beginners and experienced boxers. They accommodate everybody!

I drive past this place all the time since it’s literally right down the street from my house. I tried boxing at the regular gym with my friends but I had no idea what I was doing and they all made me feel kind bad about myself, so I decided to look into Hooked. Then as my scheduled class approached I considered not going because I’m quiet and shy and felt intimidated but let me say I’m glad I decided to go!!nnI forget the name of the young guy who greeted me but he immediately made me feel welcomed and comfortable and not out of place at all. I also met Derek who was firm but friendly in his training and he also helped me with some of the exercises/techniques without me feeling embarrassed. It all turned out to be an incredible experience.nnThe class I attended was a mixture of all skill levels and it was unlike any workout I’ve ever had before (seriously - it makes the complimentary personal training session at Retro laughable, lol). I will definitely return! If you haven’t signed up for a free trial yet give it a go - it’s really fun and you’ll feel so amazing after
