Love this place. Not only is the staff friendly and the facilities outstanding but so are all of its patrons. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. Small from the outside but plenty of space to workout without interrupting others. The group classes are amazing. Each class adheres to every level of fitness.
I just realized by human era I pressed one star on the best gym ever in the entire world!!nThis place has been my joy during all the darkness in the world and I am so grateful to be a part of it,!

Great old school gym, with plenty of equipment to get a great workout. I am personal trainer and I recommend this gym. Owners Greg and John always make you feel welcome and great guys.
