Please, Rite Aid, hire more pharmacists. Those poor ladies have so much to deal with when there's only two people back there.

I called Rite Aid to transfer my prescription from the Rite Aid in Washington Township. I had to call several times back and forth because the pharmacist in Neptune was not giving good information. The Pharmacist in Washington Township was very nice and said I should not of called that the pharmacist in Neptune should of called her. Finally, when I got the prescription changed to Neptune the pharmacist gave me even more grief about my Blue Cross Blue Shield Card, she had all the info on her computer I think she just wanted to give me a hard time! Terrible experience! Never, Never go back!

I know a few years back I went to the walk in clinic part and I got taken care of like I saw my primary Dr. Now here's my I hope they take my United healthcare Medicaid insurance because I had Camballs pharmacy and they closed with no warning nothing and sent all of our records to Walgreens. Now I already know that Walgreens doesn't take my group AmNJ they take all the rest but that one. But to be honest I wanted mine at Rite Aid anyways because even though there 24 hrs for me there were not professional just my opinion now. Somebody else might love I don't and the only reason why I had Camballs was it was inside Stop n Shop so I could do everything. So if someone could answer me this if they take United healthcare Community plan Rx group:AMNJ. I would really appreciate it. Thank you and a blessed day.
