Honor Yoga North Brunswick

I attended a workshop that I had planned on canceling the day of. I am so glad Susan dropped subtle hints on how amazing the day would be. She was right and I needed this day, more than I could even imagine. We visited a nursery, we made a succulent terrarium , we set intentions, we met great new people and enjoyed such a tranquil, peaceful day. To give your thoughts and whatever craziness, that is going on in your life, just a break for any amount of time, is a blessing ! We certainly succeeded and then some. The moment I arrived, I knew I belonged and the laughter, solidified It !nnPS. The meditation sound bowls, performed by the amazing Sal & the foot massages courtesy of Susan, was the perfect ending to a great day !

The BEST yoga studio and community of people!nnHighly recommend this studio to anyone who is looking to take yoga or meditation classes with their highly trained and knowledgeable teachers, that includes aerial yoga as well. They also offer bar classes, and one of a kind workshops! If you are feeling a bit tight or sore from your yoga class you can even book a massage with a skilled therapist (massages are held on premises in one of their beautiful, private, rooms). The studio is spacious, with natural light, lovely lounge area and boutique. The BEST part about the studio is the warm, welcoming, community of people and exceptionally kind hearted owner!!!

Every single class and every single instructor at this studio is wonderful!! I joined as a beginner in yoga and the studio has been very welcoming and educational for beginners and experts alike. I feel my mind clear every time I enter the studio!! They are taking many COVID precautions and it is a very safe place to visit.

If I could give Honor Yoga North Brunswick more than five stars, I would! Absolutely amazing studio and atmosphere. The studio is a clean, welcoming, and warm environment. Booking classes and viewing the schedule from the Honor Yoga app is a super easy process. I have tried a variety of classes and have been very happy with each class I've taken, and each instructor I have taken class from has been nothing short of amazing. I am happy to call Honor Yoga North Brunswick a second home!

I very much enjoyed my afternoon at the studio. As a first-timer I was apprehensive but that all melted away as the sessions progressed. I wasn't able to do all the positions and that was fine - there were a variety of skill levels in the room from beginner to advanced. The Sound Bath with singing bowls was just awesome. It's a beautiful space with a lot to offer both beginners and advanced practitioners.
