An excellent pool and the water temperature is just right. The lifeguards are friendly. Too bad, they close it between 12 and 3 Pm now

Overpacked establishment while COVID. Do not take a risk coming in to this gym!

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced.nThey ask you to come into the center to do a freeze on the account when you are travelling or for any other reason. So I did go in and talked to person at the front desk and he said he did put a freeze on my account and asked me to come in 3 months from that date to continue the freeze. There is proof that I was at their place on that day. They can check the security camera. A few days after that, I was charged for the next month to my surprise. So I called in only to hear from the customer service manager that It was my problem to not sign a document confirming the freeze. I am not sure if I did that when I was there. But I did everything the person at the front desk asked me to do to start a freeze. I even gave him my driver's license to check my name. These people do not show any respect and refuse to apologize for their mistake and issue no refund. STAY AWAY!!!

I wanted to rejoin and asked for help with training. The former district manager had helped me in the past, but now no one cares. I asked the new manager to get back to me and no one called me. I used a couple of locations and all are very nice. The dues are the highest and theres no more personal attention. They all say, that all their trainers are good, but I did not see it. It's too much to pay for the poor service!

So this is a warning. I won't specify the personal trainer, because I believe in second chances. My lady has been made uncomfortable on multiple occasions by one of the personal trainers here. IF MY WOMAN SAYS SHE DOESN'T WANT TO HUG YOU, THAT MEANS SHE DOESN'T WANT TO HUG YOU! Forcing a hug is SEXUAL HARASSMENT! Maintain professionalism, last warning. People trust you, now be a gentlemen and do your job, or I will be more specific. My lady is kind and reserved, this WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!
