After my first class back in November I was completely hooked! The yoga classes are well structured for every level. Both teachers are professional and well trained. They are extremely friendly which adds to the already warm atmosphere of each class. On top of that, the massages are phenomenal! As an athlete, I'm so grateful they offer such amazing services that heal you from the inside out. I can't say enough good things about this place and the teachers. Stop by to experience the atmosphere and teachings for yourself. It's well worth it!

I had the pleasure of being instructed by Dia during a one-on-one session today and I feel completely aligned mind, body, and spirit.nnHer patience and explanation improved my basic techniques 100 fold, to the point where not only was I able to flow through all the motions without anything hurting, but it opened me up to feeling energy flowing throughout my whole body.nnWhen I walked back to my car, I knew I hadn’t felt that loose since I was a kid. I practiced yoga at Heart Center almost daily for three months before I moved out of the area. It is a lovely space with truly skilled, compassionate and dedicated teachers. I recommend this studio whether you are new to yoga or have an advanced practice.nn-Dan G

The best. The instructors are very knowledgeable (taking hundreds of hours of training), and they make sure you do each pose correctly. Plus, they are super friendly! I have been taking their Vinyasa Flow classes for many months and it's great that they now expanded to many other classes. Be sure to check them out
