7-Eleven

The 7-Eleven store# 39227. The address is 2645 Route 516 and Gaub Road, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. I just came from this store and I bought more than $20 worth of food. You would assume that the employees would appreciate a regular customer who just bought more than $20 worth of take-out food. Instead I was disrespected by a passively hostile employee who doesn't like customers who ask for a store receipt because with a store receipt, the customer NOT only has proof of purchase at a store but You can also check and keep track of what they are charging a customer for their stuff. This store seems to be against customers asking for a store receipt. They also don't like it when a customer declines to download their App and give their mobile phone number. This is NOT the first time I had an unpleasant experience at this store. I thought it is better now that there are New employees at the store but the opposite is true. NO employee has the right to subject a customer to disrespect and create a hostile environment for a paying customer. Based on this, this store#39227 must be given a very low one-starud83cudf1f rating and should be subject to a brutally honest negative review. 2020 Oct.02 review.

Stopped here while on the road. The parking area is enough for a few cars. The coffee was good but the station could be cleaned up a little more. There was a lot of selection and the the rows were clean and organized. It looked like there was only one worker so I would definitely suggest an additional person to assist with maintenance while one person is at the register. The cashier was nice and moved quickly. There is a bathroom which is spacious but could also use some more cleaning. Overall not a bad place to pull in for a rest stop.

All I did was ask a simple question and this guy decided to be a douche and not even answer a customer question on if the prices where lowered on the coffee recently because I thought it was a good deal and wanted to refer a freind. He ignored me and then decided to smile in my face while not even answering my question even after I repeated my question twice. Really bad customer service and probably the worst 7-11 I have ever been too! 7-11 should really regulate their customer service more efficiently. Looks like i will head back to quick check where they appreciate their customers.

They advertise lower prices on products then charge you more at the register, thinking people are too stupid to notice. They advertised $1 medium slurpees and 2 for $2 7-11 brand candy and charged more for both. Then when you call them out, they dont like it. Never going there again.

This is the worst store ever the I ever been to the registry guy scan my 7 rewards app for the coffee discount and the discount never came off so he made me pay regular price for a large coffee when I'm supposed to get it for $1 because of my 7 rewards app he was on the phone while he was on the register charging me for coffee this is a ripped off when the coffee so I'm supposed to get a for $1 I paid $ 259 for it this store should be shut down the employers are always on the phone I'm register they don't get the manager when you don't get the discount they don't come there and give you the coffee discount what an arrogant
