Best views of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky up and down the Ohio River. We bring out of town guests here regularly. The journey usually starts at Hathaway’s Cafe or the bar at the Netherlands Hilton’s Palm Court, both located at the base of the Carew Tower. The trip to the Observation Deck starts with a ride to the 45th floor on an express elevator, then you transfer to a very small elevator for four more floors (or walk up stairs) to the Deck. Very modest, nothing fancy about the gift shop. $6 entry fee may be cash only. Paid binocular stand available, but there is plenty to see with the naked eye. May be tough to navigate for mobility impaired. Can be much windier up top than street level. A a

The access to this observation tower is tricky in that you have to take the first elevator up to certain floor then change the elevator after walking through a maze of staircases then reach the top. There is a small gift shop that has a good collection. The visibility is hindrance-free from all sides and visiting on a clear day is highly recommended.n♿ufe0f This place has:nYes=Ramp access.nYes=A wheelchair-accessible Entrance.nYes=A wheelchair-accessible Restroom/Toilet.nYes=A wheelchair-accessible Seating.nYes=A wheelchair-accessible Parking.nYes=A wheelchair-accessible Elevator.

I actually went here for a really neat shop called the I Love Cincinnati shop. It has such unique and one of a kind regional gifts. Then we hit the observation deck. Everyone was super nice and seemed genuinely glad to see us. The elevator to go the last few floors is tiny, so be prepared. The view is incredible. I recommend parking in the fountain place garage.

Nice view of Cincinnati and the river dividing Ohio and Kentucky. But there is nothing to spend much of your time there. May be a one time visit place.

Breathtaking views! The best time to go would be on a clear night with no chance of rain. You can see much farther without fog or heavy clouds. It's Ambient, colorful and exhilarating. 2 people can get access for under $20. It can get windy up there. Bring a jacket. I went with a friend on a November night. It was chilly, but well worth it! Absolutely beautiful!
