My customer service experience went really well with the help of Christian Montfort. He helped me with everything I needed and didn't force me to do anything. Car sales rep get a bad rep but Christian is a really great sales rep and very knowledgeable. He was able to drop the price to within my budget and that helped me out a lot. Highly recommended! Excellent customer service experience. Megan was an excellent sales person assisted and answer all my questions and concerns. She was very friendly with me and my family. Megan went above and beyond to help me understand and get what was more convenient for me. They help you with any question even afterwards if you ever have doughs they can help you. 3 yrs ago when I purchased my CRV, I left a 5 star review because it deserved it. 3 years later I'm changing to 1 star because it also deserves it. I walked out on this dealer on 4/2/21. I wish I could give 5 stars to the sales rep MARCUS SMALL, he was great and attentive, thank you Marcus! However, whoever was the financial manager that night just ruined and entire deal for being rude and disrespectful. Remember, it's not what you said but how you say it. A main key for great customer service which obviously he lacks. Just wanted to come and say that you lost a loyal customer to KAY HONDA. If you are reading this review, save yourself a headache. Go to Kay Honda and ask for Dennis, he will take great care of you and hook you up with a great deal.

What an experience! We have never had such a pleasant and quick transaction at any other dealership until DCH. Everything was wonderful from my first contact with Alexis to completing the transaction with Carlos and the gentleman in your finance department that handled us. We were out of there within 3 hours, which is unheard of anywhere else! Any other staff we encountered greeted us with a smile and very helpful. Loving my new Hybrid CR-V! You have a customer for life!

This dealership has a very understanding and welcoming staff, within seconds you are provided with assistance of an available salesperson. Although the overall wait times do vary, you are still ensured proper delivery of service! The salesperson that i had was very helpful and friendly, overall with excellent performance. I would recommend this dealership to others, wonderful 10/10!
