Starbucks

I’ve been going to Starbucks for years but I always get the same thing so this time around I thought to ask the barista for a recommendation. I told them i wanted something fruity a little sweet and they said absolutely! no problem. Tell me why they gave me a plain unsweetened green tea. C’mon...nGiving two stars because there was nothing WRONG with the drink but it’s definitely not what I asked for

Baristas are human too, customers should fix their attitude. They are understaffed and undersupplied sometimes. Everyone here was nice to me and if they weren’t so nice to you, it’s probably because you the customers have an attitude problem. Respect to y’all holding it down.

I know its not their fault but sometimes the drive thru takes like 20 min per customer at times

I frequent this Starbucks because it is the only one in my area. Time and time again I have waited longer than necessary because they are short staffed and the baristas try not to make eye contact when you are clearly there to pick something up (even if there are literally only 2 other customers in the store). Yesterday I ordered a hot creme brulee drink and 3 croissants as a mobile pick up order. When I walked in, after 5 minutes the barista handed me a frozen frappuccino (they made the wrong drink.) She did not check for the rest of my order and no one else asked for more than 10 minutes what I was waiting for. I finally got a barista's attention and asked about the rest of my order. The croissants had been put off to the side (out of sight from customers' view) and were bagged and cold. Honestly this is the worst Starbucks I have been to. The staff is always overwhelmed, unfriendly, unhelpful and there are constant mistakes with my orders.
