Insurance Auto Auction

Bought a vehicle listed as engine damage. Showed up the vehicle had NO TRANSMISSION. Yard manager laughed in my face, and told me well looks like you f-ed up you own it.nTalk to people inside office. Was informed they can't watch everything, and I had no recourse. Also that they do more for me than I do for them.nGreat company with stellar employees. So I write this review so people are aware because there is nothing else I can do

Horrible freaking place I would rather gamble my money at the casino than to give them my money sold a car stating it was “good” and ended up being a junker that was worth 250$ yesterday they closed early due to weather but yet charged me a late fee and storage fee and when I said I would come in they closed anyways now is that my fault? Absolutely not they can charge any price and yet take our hard earned money I will NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE EVER!!!! Just spreading awareness
