Colonial RV

The staff at Colonial went above and beyond in taking care of financing and preparing my RV. Heather in finance did a great job communicating with me and took care of all paperwork and got me a much lower rate on my financing than I expected. Delivery went well at Colonial and they spent a great deal of time going over my RV with me. Production from Winnebago was delayed, but Colonial did all they could to make this a great experience. I phoned a few days later with what I thought was a problem and Steve Tucci handled my concern on the spot and explained what I was doing wrong. I enthusiastically recommend them.

I bought a new Winnebago ERA at the end of December down in FL (since I couldn't locate one matching the layout I wanted on the East Coast). Driving it home for about 1,200 miles I noticed two minor issues and also realized that I needed the RV winterized as very cold temperatures were approaching quickly. I called Colonial RV and spoke to Connor in Service who asked me to bring it over right away. Everything got fixed and taken care off before the end of the same day. Excellent service and this will definitely be our go to place for service, parts etc. Highly recommend this place.

Anthony Santaniello Service Rep was excellent. All work order changes, complications and delays were thoroughly explained and he kept us updated throughout the entire process. No one likes paying for repairs but he made it less painful than usual!
