Colonial Airstream

We just picked up our 2021 Bambi 16RB from Colonial Airstream and it was a fantastic experience. Patrick and the team live up to all their great reviews. The sales/ordering process was easy and quick. Patrick communicated throughout the process to ensure pick up day was seamless. Upon arrival the team was there to greet us and show us our new Airstream. Kevin gave us a great tour, making sure we knew how everything operated. He even checked up on us the next day and answered a few questions for us after we spent the night in it.nnThe only hitch was when it came time to hook our Airstream up to our vehicle, our Echo brake controller, we bought and brought it to Colonial, didn’t work with our set up and the team quickly adjusted to getting us a brake controller (Prodigy RF) that would safely get us out the door. Thanks to Chris for knocking that out so quickly.nnOverall it was a excellent experience and we are beyond grateful for the time and attentiveness the Colonial team showed us.

Colonial Airstream has a beautiful new location and is the regional “go-to” place for everything Airstream. We enjoyed our buying experience (first time Airstream owners as of spring 2020) and their team helped ease us into the deep end before we began a 12K mile journey that had us on the road for nearly 4 months.nnThey are responsive and highly professional, but very busy. If you have a minor service need you can handle yourself with a little over the phone coaching, they are fantastic. Let’s face it, stuff breaks when your home is running down the highway 10 hours a day. I’ve met a few Colonial service techs over the phone and they’ve expertly guided me through some of the more complicated/confusing fix-it issues I encountered.nnIf you need to bring your trailer in for routine service, make sure to schedule an appointment well in advance. I called for a routine maintenance appointment in February and the earliest date is more than two months out.nnAlso, I’ve had my two year old Airstream trailer in twice to fix a leak the service department caused when installing solar panels for us that I ultimately had to patch up while on the road. They didn’t charge for that service. All comped. But the time/fuel/hassle of towing hours out of our way (then back again to pick it up) only to have an issue persist was disappointing.nnColonial Airstream is the only game in town and do a very good job despite being insanely busy with pandemic-era RV buying. But the product is expensive, and customers should receive nothing less than excellence always.

I love this place! Everyone is very friendly and strives to accommodate all of your RV needs. They have a very nice lounge and refreshments while you wait for your service and their new showroom is beautiful. The service personnel are all very knowledgeable which is mind-boggling considering the great variety of RV s that they sell and service. I bought my Travato here and I'm so glad that I did. They also met my best price which actually saved me money as I would have had to travel halfway across the US to get! Definitely check them out.

A great experience with Colonial from purchase through delivery. My first RV. Sales, orientation and admin were all world class. The facility is ultra modern and very impressive. My thanks to Patrick, Kevin and Steve who all made this a great experience.
