Xtreme Machines

Just brought home my 2017 Triumph Bonneville T100 from Xtreme Machines. Everyone made this a very pleasant buying experience. My salesman was friendly and helpful. Stuart did a good job helping make the deal come together. Elisa in the accessories department was also helpful and a pleasure to work with.nnUpdate: I've lowered my initial rating to 3 starts because my subsequent service visits have all been substandard.

Lots of inventory, staff makes you feel welcome! Our salesman, stayed with us for over an hour after the store closed to make sure we were completely satisfied! Also they have a great service department that exceeded my expectations. The work was done right, and on time. Thank You!!!

After searching all over for a can and renegade 1000r xxc which is hard to find currently. This was the only dealership that had one called and spoke to Kevin and was able to leave our deposit to hold the machine get everything figured out before we drove 6 hrs one way to buy the machine. Kevin in sales did an amazing job and went above and beyond for us in our purchase even though he was extremely busy on a Saturday. Also it was great that they allowed dogs since we traveled with our 2 young dogs and they were very welcoming and inviting of our fur babies and even went and got them a bowl of water while we waited for our paper work to be finished.Can’t thank you all enough!

Thanks for the heads up extreme for not properly informing us that you canceled bike night and that you sent up the lonely hourly employee when a boss should have come out to inform us whats was going onn..big big let down

My husband and I bought our first ATV from here yesterday. I spent hours on Saturday, 2/6/21 morning calling around to see if any ATV dealerships had ATV's to sell. Xtreme Machines was the only dealership that had one to purchase. It wasn't available for pick up because Xtreme Machines had ordered it but it was not yet delivered to their store. I was in communication with Nick (sales department) and he lead me through the purchase process quickly and smoothly. We purchased the equipment to also install a plow. Although we would have wanted the whole process to go more quickly (which I'm not sure was in Nick's control), he did a great job keeping us informed and pushing things to get done asap so we could have the ATV in our possession before the next big snow storm.
