They are great- the front desk is very helpful and friendly- even if in phone they will answer all your queries... although they don’t have trainers, they have suitable equipments for training- so if you are really serious, you can just watch some online tutorials , do warm up in the gym itself and jump onto the exercises- they are also pretty economic. Good for beginners and middle level enthusiasts...I personally love the place.

Generally one of the better gyms I have been to. The gym staff is friendly and remembers you. If your experience is not great I suggest trying a different time schedule. Everything is clean and extremely safe both physically and covid related. I feel safe going here daily without risk.

Nice gym with plenty of equipment but they do make you wear a mask the entire time you are in the gym
