I’ve been going to Yoga Plainsboro for several years now. I absolutely love each and every instructor! Each one of them bring their own special influence to my practice.nI just recently attended the self care workshop which is a definite must do! A wonderful compilation of readings, aromatherapy, sound meditation, relaxing poses, all by candlelight!

I attend Hot Yoga Plainsboro since 2015(4th year). Excellent teachers, very friendly community. Great for any age!

Hot Yoga Plainsboro makes the perfect escape after a long day of work or a great way to start your day off right. The teachers are super friendly and helpful in their guidance, especially the owner, Ian. It's amazing to be a part of such a great community of people.

Highly recommend this place it’s a great spot if you were going through so much in life to ground yourself and be in touch with life‘s meaning in reality.
