I just received my first covid vaccine here and I am so impressed by the kindness and efficiency of the staff who are running it. Heather especially get the atmosphere lighthearted. Great work!

If you’re expecting absolute perfection from this pharmacy then you’re out of your mind, and probably a bit selfish and impatient.The pharmacy does what they can to help. Of course mistakes will occur sometimes, but if you work with them they will work with you. They are kind and helpful. They want to assist you to the best of their ability. We’re in a global pandemic for f***s sake, be nice and understanding. Don’t leave a one star review just because you didn’t receive perfect service. This CVS is perfectly fine.

This CVS store has most customer unfriendly staff, particularly the Pharmacy staff. This is not my first experience, I have seen the unfriendly attitude repeatedly. They are very slow and do not respond to the customer prescriptions promptly and make the patients wait unreasonably longer. They take the prescription and don't take any action until patient comes and reminds them. Pathetic staff. When medication is needed today they will deliver next day or later at their convenience. The very basic thing Pharmacist does not understand that the medication is supposed to be started on the day of prescription written by the Doctor.

Today, I went to CVS Plansboro town center to pick up some medicine. I’d like to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to Josh.Since our medicine was not covered my insurance, he told us there are same brand medicine off counter, which was 5x cheaper than the one our family doctor provided.His advice saved some money for us. Most importantly, he cares customer’s need by using his professional knowledge. I hope other employees to do the same as he does. Thanks again to this great employee in CVS.

In the past occasions over the years, I have gone here they were extremely slow and rude. They don't know anything when you ask them questions.nnMost recently a doctor prescribed me something for precautionary reasons 3 months ago, which I do not need after testing results came in... They keep calling EVERY month on my cell phone and home phone to see if I need it filled, which should be refilled annually if anything (for those that acfually need an use it regulary). When I call for the calls and harassment to stop, they act clueless.nnExtremely rude, nosey, annoying, and for no apparent reason -- on top of the numerous bad reviews for this location.
