Sean is excellent pharmacist. He goes above and beyond. Extremely helpful...I would rate him 10 stars

I’ve been going out of my way to this location ever since Sean G. started working in the pharmacy. I never get the same level of attention to detail and customer service anywhere else. Sean helps me pay the lowest possible amount on my prescription copays. And recently, he walked me through the sign up process before getting COVID testing. Sure, the drive through line to get tested was slow but that was unavoidable most places this summer.nAll the pharmacy techs are great too. And the folks working the front register are always friendly and helpful.nI seriously don’t mind driving 20 minutes farther than necessary just to visit this CVS location. It’s worth it for me.

Staff at this location are overworked. It is not their fault. They are being asked to do so much more from flu shots to covid testing. They are no longer a pharmacy in the traditional sense. Call hold times over an hour both last night and this morning. They sent ME a txt saying to call them as they did not have an Rx in stock. No idea if it is ordered or when it might come in. Still not answering phone.

COVID testing, wait an hour past your appointment in line. Then they claim 2-4 days for results. When you call after 6 days (15 minutes on hold, horrible music), they immediately give you the number of the lab (think they’re expecting the question? No, it’s not Labcorp nor Quest, but something you’ve never heard of). Call the lab, answering machine tells you 8 days. No pickup after 20 minutes. At least, maybe, your doctor will have the result in time for your autopsy.

Sean is the best pharmacist. He is always very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The other pharmacist is very kind and friendly too although most of my experiences have been with Sean. The CURRENT staff has always been very helpful and pleasant.
