45 minutes in the drive thru for a cream. Close the drive thru its useless. Unless the staff is useless and in that case fire them.

This is the worst drug store on the face of the earth! I called to renew a prescription and the system told me it could not be refilled even though the bottle said 1 refill. I waited 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone and they told me that it had already been refilled even though I had not previously called it in. When I got there to pick it up the line was not moving so I left and came back later. Told them I had a good RX coupon and she said she saw it in the computer. Sent my card in to pay and waited and waited and waited. Then she came back and said she tried to bill it that way but it didn’t go thru so she charged my card the $19 instead of the $13.44 that I was supposed to pay. I told her I was only paying the $13.44 that was on my coupon and she said she would have to issue a refund and then charge the card the correct amount. Another 10 minutes to wait. Several people pulled in and took the COVID tests and left and I was still waiting. All I wanted to do was pick up ONE prescription. Should not take over half an hour to do that. These are the most incompetent people that work here. Over half an hour already and I still do not have my medicine. This is ridiculous. Do not use this pharmacy. They are a bunch of incompetent morons.

Unfriendly staff and manager who need to learn that customer service is NOT DEAD. I've given them many chances to redeem their offensive attitudes.This will be my last time at the store, since there are other locations in the area. What a pity. Shame on you.

You really need to change your Covid information. I was sent by the doctors to get tested and made an appointment. Was tested at this location the morning of July 3rd and still no results 9 days later. What's the point of getting tested when I'll probably not be sick anymore when the results FINALLY come. What's the point of even getting tested? By the time the results ever decide to come in, it's too late. (rolling eyes).

The pharmacy is good when retaining a prescription. But the sign in drive thru says drop off only so I get in the full service line for 30min.then she tells me I'm in the Covid test line it was unnerving to wait for these people to self test then to tell me im in the wrong line to pick up my meds. Get your friggin signs right.
