These guys are the text book scumbag car dealers that give car dealers a bad name,nI bought a car from them in October that i'm still trying to get all the things wrong with it fixed.nThey told me it was in great condition just get in it and drive.the 1st day we got it the car the engine light came on,called them and basically told me to go f myself.Eric the owner is type of guy that would steal from his brother and sell it to his sister, and then tell the brother she stole it from him.I would not recommend buying a pack of gum from Eric and Steve,Vision Custom Cars,it should be vision custom Rip-off.How these con artist are still in business is beyond me.

This POS sold me a car he claimed to be ready for resale. It came in repainted with parts missing as well as the transmission slipping. If this is how these degenerates treat other dealers with knowledge I can't fathom how they would treat consumers. Luckily I was able to contact the state dmv and file a complaint as well as the local auction which facilitated the transaction. This is the reason smaller dealerships get a bad wrap... exactly the reason.

Ok when I first stopped to see the vehicle, he told me to go online and do credit app then give him two days. He called me back and told me i was approved. Witha trade and no.money down. Cool i go to pick up the car and do the paperwork. Its still filthy. He says his detailer is busy but bring it back and he would have it done free of charge, also that since he had the truck he has only put about 20 miles on it so if i found any problems just bring it back. I told him everything i found wrong with it he says ok. Bring it back, i come back hes out on vacation and left a the list i gave him there and crossed everything out except the power steering. He wasnt fixing it, i had the truck 6 days and said i didn't want it anymore. To give me my car back. They told me the contract has a no cooling off period meaning when i signed the paper. That was it.and that he already sold my car.. I asked how with no title cause i havent given it to him yet, he says whole sale. I said nj state law says we have 30 days i called the state and and the city nobody could help me ... So i called the loaner and old them what was going on. They said take the vehicle back because they refuse to finance anything unlawful or unsafe i took it back and left it there until he came back from vacation. He fixed the power steering. And told me that he was pissed because i canceled his check from the bank and he would now have to finance. The vehicle in house. A month later for teo weeks. Straight i got 1 or two denial letters from every bank he applied at with ny social he drove my credit from 635 to 420.Also when i went in to ask him about it my old car was on the lot forsale. May 31st makes a year ive had the truck and to this day it still has not been detailed or anything else fixed. I was having trouble getting the title because i bought the previous car in North Carolina. So he put a repo out for my car.I finally got the title in the mail and gave it to him. A month later my car was taken a late Saturday night by the repo company telling me that it has not been cancled. Went with no car for 2 days when i did get it back. Everything i owned was in trash bags as if they were going to sell my truck in some auction. License plates removed the whole nine yards. So i am now stuck with this car that he financed in house (buy here pay here) so its not on my credit report helping my credit climb. And because my credit so low now i cannot get an auto loan anywhere. Yep thats Eric Nueman for you. I tell everyone i see at the dealer inquiring when im there not to do it and why.. They all walk right away. There was one guy a police officer. For hamilton twp when i told him not to purchase anything fron him he told me hes been doing buisness with Eric for quite some time never had any problems... Hmmm i wonder why... Hes the one who referred me to the city and the state. But i now know better and will never purchase from a small side dealer again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I paid him in full and he promised to send my vehicle and a whole month went by and i had to fly all the way out to NJ to get my car and it wouldnt make it down the street..And he wouldnt give me some of my money back so now im in the middle of taking him to court.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER , BAD CARS AND BUSINESS.wont return your calls or emails and when i got there he played as if he was a customer so he wouldnt have to fix my car and on top of that im still waiting on a tittle from him in the mail that he said he sent out the 5th of this month..bad experience.if your not driving to see the car before you buy it then dont buy it cause when i was out there all his cars looked broke down and not mission capable.
