I had a lease that was ending and reached out to Hamilton Mazda to see what they could offer me. Right away I received a call from Neal who was amazing to work with and made the whole pricing process so easy. I ultimately didn't get my vehicle from there but after dealing with 5 other Mazda dealerships that were terrible Hamilton Mazda was amazing. I would suggest anyone in the market for a new Mazda to reach out to them.

Yesterday I picked up my 2021 Mazda 3 Turbo and I can with 100% honesty say the process was actually enjoyable. I called to the dealership on Wednesday to confirm the car I wanted was there (as stated on the website) and was told it was. Through a friend, I was able to utilize E-Plan pricing so I didn’t have to haggle or negotiate. Every single bit of information needed was handled ahead of time through text messages and email. I quite literally walked into the dealership, took the car for a quick test drive, and once I got back was immediately taken to the finance office where Tina had all the paperwork on her desk waiting for me. She was friendly, low pressure, and the process went smoothly: I signed, she ran my credit card for the down payment, and it was done. I was there for less than half an hour, after I took delivery and had a brief run through of the car. I have had more trouble buying dress pants at the mall than buying this car.nnMy salesman, Marlon, was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and even though I live well over an hour away from Hamilton I would 100% consider them again when I’m ready for another vehicle. 10/10, perfect experience.

Agree on a time to come up there, drive an hour up there to see a car that the salesman said was in mint condition. Once we saw the car an hour after we got there it was not mint, had been wrecked and way overpriced. We only saw 2 salesman actually walking around and at least 5 other people at desks sitting around doing nothing. There were at least 10 people waiting and waiting, some people just left. We walked away as they would not budge on the price. The place is way overpriced and way understaffed.

Had a very pleasant car buying experience here, and my salesman was Brian Harris. I knew the car I wanted. Had some email exchange on the cost of the car, and the promised price, which was a very fair and competitive price compared to other dealers. Brian didn't pressure me into anything, and gave me a great deal base on my research. He stayed past the closing time on a Saturday to deliver the deal, and walked me through the car and its features. I was maybe in and out in a span of 2 hours? which is really nothing compared to how other dealers keep you around for 4-5 hours and not get a deal done. If you're buying a Mazda, I highly recommend Hamilton Mazda and seek out Brian Harris.
