Kevin from Sales promptly reached back to me with all the infos that I was looking for in order to make a decision; He kept in touch until I was able to go in end of the week on a Saturday (I traveled from Jersey City to Trenton)nI was pleased to work with Keenan through the whole process; He was extremely helpful, including Rich from Finance. Very helpful team making my purchase experience very pleasant and easy !! A few hours later, I drove back home a beautiful Highlander; Loving it !! I will highly recommend this dealership ! A+++

Took our Subaru Forester for 35,000 mile service and it was an easy process. I decided to wait for the vehicle and Jessica was very helpful. She reminded me that there was a service due at 30,000 miles and she indicated there was a reduced price available. She kept me posted and the entire process only took about an hour. It was obvious that Jessica takes pride in her work and is concerned about customer satisfaction. She made sure the car was washed and had it delivered to me at the front door of the service area when finished. I plan to contact Jessica soon in order to schedule maintenance on our other Subaru. Haldeman has been very informative on all service matters for both of our vehicles.

My salesman Bernie was the only helpful person. Be careful on what kind of warranty they give you because I got a paper thrown in my face and adding it on to my Principal without giving me any detail. Also, told me they would give me 1,000$ to pay off my previous car and failed to mention they were taxing it onto the car. Don’t bother calling and expecting a call back because I called the managers, left messages and no response. My husband went down the street to Rt 33 Nissan and got excellent service and a great deal, even newer! Would never go back to haldeman.

I made the service appointment on line for a time that was convenient for me. They took my Forester in promptly and had the scheduled maintenance done equally as prompt. My service adviser brought a few things to my attention that needed to be done and showed me data for my decision and approval. I've been coming to Halderman for several years and found them to be trustworthy, reasonably priced, and dependable. There is never a hard sell like you get at those quick change or tire center repair places.
