PNC Bank

I like PNC but not this location. The man who helped us merge accounts looked like he hated his job. When I called to ask about my car loan after the visit (to initiate payments and see it on my account), he said it would appear soon, and the autopayments could be managed there. They couldn’t in the end, and I received a late fee despite asking about it 3 times. I went to another branch, and they had it reversed. The staff were much more helpful. I like PNC but won’t go back here. The 3 stars is for the friendliness of the bank tellers - I had no problems there!

PNC is generally a pretty good bank, but the powers that be have to be pretty stupid to close locations at 5pm because that's when people get out of work. A lot of their competitors are open until at least 6pm. Other than that this location is great.

This branch is terrible. I have accounts for my three businesses and me personal accounts with them. This branch is very poorly managed. I have been with them since before my business opened over 7 years ago and are now looking at moving all of my accounts. Unfortunately, their other branches are much better managed but are not located conveniently to me.

The staff here have always been kind and friendly, and i expect it to be that way for a long time. Great bank to go to.
