Scumbags keep Hanging up On Me, Just trying to ask About a Balance inquiry!!!

Terrible service. Not knowledgeable people. I will never visit this location again

When I call they rarely pick up, while other Chase banks usually pick up the first time.

I barely have to go in because of the mobile app. Anytime I did the staff was friendly and efficient. 5/5

My bank card chip wasn't working properly so I decided to stop in the bank to get a new bank card before the holiday weekend. After standing around waiting for help I was told that I would not be able to get a card because they do not print cards at the banks anymore and I would have to wait to have it delivered to me in the mail. This isn't convenient at all and I am going away for the holiday weekend. I really need it my bank card so I would have enough $$$ for mini New Year's Eve vacation. I really believe Chase Bank is trying their best to lower their customer standards and make it seem like normal operating procedure.
